On-Site Repairs

Merlin Audio Visual Limited prioritises convenience, striving to complete television repairs, music system repairs, loudspeaker repairs, and remote control repairs swiftly and efficiently, where possible, at your home. To ensure accuracy, please provide detailed system information and fault descriptions in advance. We aim to give you a repair estimate prior to commencing any repair work.

Repair Warranties

We stand behind our work with a 90-day parts and labour warranty for the same fault on all chargeable repairs, unless otherwise stated. For specific Bang & Olufsen components, warranties can extend to six or even twelve months. Our repairs utilise genuine Bang & Olufsen parts where available. Should certain components be discontinued, we strive to source suitable alternatives.

Payment

If your Bang & Olufsen equipment is under warranty and the fault is with the product itself, Bang & Olufsen will cover the cost of repair.  Issues stemming from setup, installation, or related items will incur charges. We accept a variety of payment methods including bank transfers, cash, cheque, and most major credit

and debit cards.
