Whenever possible, repairs are conducted in your home in one visit. In some cases, a second call out may be necessary, but this can often be avoided if a precise fault description is provided before the initial visit. For older products, repairs are carried out in our workshop. The item will be collected from your home, serviced, and then returned to you.  Repairs charges comprise of call out charge/charges for the visits and the time taken to carry out the repair.  Any parts required are also added to the final invoice.  We will do our best to provide an accurate estimate before we visit, so please describe the fault in as much detail as possible.
